Shipping policy

Last updated: 4th March 2026. At Artsy, every order is custom-printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Since every product is printed fresh after your order is placed, please allow [2-4 BUSINESS DAYS] for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday – Friday).

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Partners

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner Qikink via their network of trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and others. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-5 business days after dispatch

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch

Remote / Rural Areas: 7-10 business days after dispatch


Total estimated time (processing + delivery): 5-9 business days for metros, 7-14 days for remote areas

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: FREE on all orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website under 'My Orders'.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the dispatch notification for tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High volume periods (festive seasons, sales events)
  • Weather disruptions or natural events
  • Courier operational delays
  • Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within [14 BUSINESS DAYS] of dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

7. Failed Delivery / RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address, or refusal to accept — the package will be returned to our fulfillment center (RTO). In such cases:

  • We will notify you via email
  • You may request a re-shipment — re-shipping charges will apply
  • If no action is taken within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued

To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Artsy ships within India only. International shipping is [not available / available to select countries — coming soon]. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
