1. About Artsy

Artsy is an online print-on-demand T-shirt store operated by Xborg Labs. Our registered address is Godrej City, Panvel, 410206, Maharashtra, India. All products are custom-printed on demand and fulfilled by our third-party print partner, Qikink.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have parental/guardian consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without notice — the price at the time of order confirmation is binding
• We accept payments via all major methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — all orders are prepaid
• Payment is charged at the time of order placement

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.

All designs are original or licensed artwork. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability
• Once an order is confirmed and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• Custom-printed products cannot be cancelled after production begins

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within [2-4 BUSINESS DAYS] and delivered within [5-9 BUSINESS DAYS] across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.

• We ship across India via our fulfillment partner Qikink
• Artsy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address — we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

7. Returns and Refunds

Since all products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects or printing errors
• Damaged products received
• Wrong item delivered

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is the intellectual property of Artsy or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our store for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of our store

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Artsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable legislation. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panvel / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
